This role will focus on transactional purchasing activities, supporting day-to-day procurement requirements and ensuring materials and services are sourced efficiently to meet operational needs.
Key responsibilities: Managing transactional purchasing activities from requisition through to purchase order creation Supporting internal stakeholders with procurement requirements Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintaining accurate purchasing records and systems data Supporting supply chain processes within a fast-paced operational environment Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer or Supply Officer role Mining/resources experience essential, with exposure to gold operations highly regarded Solid attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions Experience with ERP systems (experience with Pronto highly regarded)
