Due to continued growth and several recent project awards, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of large commercial projects throughout Southeast Queensland.
This role is suited to an experienced electrical leader who has progressed from the trade and has a proven track record delivering commercial electrical installations on projects valued from $10M through to $100M+.
You'll be responsible for driving site performance, coordinating multiple crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring successful project outcomes from commencement through to completion.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and manage the day-to-day electrical site operations on major commercial construction projects Coordinate electrical supervisors, leading hands, subcontractors and direct labour Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project programs Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment and material requirements Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve project milestones, budgets and programme objectives Liaise with builders, consultants,



clients and other key project stakeholders Drive a strong safety culture and lead all HSEQ initiatives on site Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with Australian Standards, specifications and project documentation Identify and resolve construction issues before they impact programme or budget Coordinate commissioning, defect management and practical completion activities Mentor and develop site personnel while promoting a collaborative team culture Provide regular progress updates, reporting and forecasting to senior management About you: Current Electrical Licence (or ability to transfer to Queensland) Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Senior Supervisor or Electrical Foreman on large commercial/industrial construction projects Demonstrated experience delivering electrical packages on projects valued from $10M+ Strong leadership experience managing large site-based electrical teams and subcontractors Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical construction practices and Australian Standards Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong working relationships with builders, consultants and clients Strong communication and leadership capabilities High attention to detail with a proactive approach to project delivery A genuine desire to be part of a high-performing team delivering some of Queensland's most iconic projects Your career This is an opportunity to join one of Queensland's premier electrical contractors and work on projects that genuinely stand out within the industry.
