We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established T2/T3 commercial plumbing contractor delivering major projects across the Sydney Metropolitan region.
Our client specialises in large-scale commercial and industrial projects , with typical plumbing packages ranging from $5M–$15M , and has a strong pipeline of secured work across sectors including industrial facilities, warehouses, health, education, and large-scale commercial developments .

The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects while ensuring safety, programme, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include: • Managing commercial and industrial plumbing projects from pre-construction through to handover • Managing project budgets, forecasts, procurement schedules, and cost reporting • Overseeing project programmes and ensuring milestones are achieved on time • Managing site teams, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and labour allocation • Preparing and managing variations, progress claims, and project reporting • Liaising with builders, consultants, engineers,



suppliers • Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and project outcomes • Conducting site visits and supporting teams throughout all stages of project delivery • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to a high standard About You • Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial plumbing/hydraulic services • Desired experience with delivering large-scale projects valued between $5M–$15M+ • Strong understanding of project financials, variations, procurement, and programme management • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and large site teams • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • NSW Plumbing License desirable but not essential • Strong commercial and operational mindset What's On Offer • Attractive salary package ranging from $150K–$175K + Vehicle + Advantages • Strong pipeline of secured work across Sydney • Opportunity to manage high-profile commercial and industrial projects • Supportive leadership team and established systems • Long-term career growth within a respected contractor If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of major projects while working within a business with strong long-term growth plans, we would love to hear from you.
