Chef - Hot Kitchen Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $***** p/h for AM shift Your duties include but are not limited to the following: Central Dish Assembling as per approved recipe for economic/business/first class Cooking for Airline First Class and Business class's appetizer Cold Dish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prep Special meal prep, VIP charter prep and packing, etc Requirement For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookery Require previous knife handling experience in kitchen Experience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regarded Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).
