Annual salary from $67,000 - $90,000 plus super with 43 working hours per week, Monday to Friday with some overtime available depending on the workload.

Position 1 - Builder's Labourer Responsibilities and duties · Loading, unloading and transporting stone materials, construction supplies, tools and equipment around construction and fabrication sites.
· Assisting stonemasons with the preparation, positioning and installation of natural and engineered stone for residential and commercial projects.
· Erecting and dismantling temporary structures, including barricades and low-height scaffolding, in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
· Assisting with measuring, marking and preparing stone materials for cutting, shaping and installation under the direction of qualified stonemasons.
· Supporting the installation of stone benchtops, wall cladding and other stone products by handling materials, preparing work areas and supplying tools and equipment.
· Operating basic material handling equipment, including hoists, trolleys and lifting devices, to safely move heavy stone products around the worksite.
· Preparing work areas by clearing debris, cleaning surfaces and maintaining a safe and organised construction environment.
· Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas, and carrying out basic maintenance of hand and power tools used on site.
· Following workplace health and safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and assisting in maintaining compliance with site safety requirements.
· Assisting with loading completed stone products for transport and ensuring materials are securely handled and stored.
· Performing general labouring duties as directed to support the timely completion of construction and stone installation projects.
Qualifications and employment experience Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience.
Physically fit with the ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
Experience in construction, landscaping, or pool installation is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures.
Able to work as part of a close-knit team and follow instructions accurately.
Position 2 – Forklift Driver Responsibilities and duties · Operate forklifts safely and competently to unload pallets from trucks and transport incoming stock to designated areas in warehouses.
Ensuring goods are stored in correct areas so that they can be easily located when orders are made up.
· Be able to count/ check accurately the incoming stock against with purchase order invoice to ensure that specifications, quantity, and quality of incoming stock are correct.
· Operate forklifts to load alcohol, general groceries, fresh foods, and fruits onto the truck regularly to prepare for wholesale and daily deliveries.
· Repetitive lifting of loads (up to ****kg) from delivery truck to warehouse.
· Ability to work safely in narrow aisles and high-rise store shelves.
· Working productively within strict timeframes.
· Maintain control of warehouse equipment and company vehicles by monitoring gauges and complete periodic preventive maintenance schedules to identify wear and damage.
· Be able to perform minor repairs and adjustments to the forklifts.
Qualifications and employment experience · At least a relevant AQF Certificate II or equivalent AND at least 1 year of full-time (20 hours or more per week) relevant experience.
· OR at least a relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent AND at least 1 year (minimum 20 hours plus per week) relevant post qualification experience · OR at least 1 year full time (38 hours or more per week) relevant experience · Hold a current Forklift License and driver's license.

Position 3 – Truck Driver Responsibilities and Duties · Deliver products to assigned destinations safely and on time · Verify loading documents, check goods condition, and obtain delivery confirmation · Maintain communication with supervisor for instructions · Load and unload delivery vehicles · Follow all safety protocols during transport and handling · Perform vehicle inspections including tires, brakes, oil, and water · Estimate load weights and ensure proper cargo distribution · Perform basic roadside repairs when necessary · Secure cargo with appropriate equipment (blocks, ropes, etc.) · Other duties as assigned Qualifications and employment experience · At least a relevant AQF Certificate II OR III,
and 1-year Full time experience may substitute these qualifications · OR Minimum 1 year of full-time driving experience · Valid Australian HR Driver's Licence · Strong knowledge of vehicle safety and load management Position 4 - Bookkeeper Responsibilities and duties · Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions through MYOB · Depositing money received by the organization · Managing the day-to-day accounting transactions and report to the Manager for any suspicious transactions · Preparing the monthly accounts · Reconciling bank accounts · Managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment · Managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments · Raising purchase orders · Credit control of overdue payments · Processing payroll and other related payroll tasks · Reconciliation, preparation and lodgement of quarterly business activity statements (BAS) · Liaising with the external Accountant for annual accounts and business tax return queries Qualifications and employment experience · At least a relevant AQF Certificate III, and including 2 years on the job training · OR AQF Certificate IV and one 1 year Full-Time experience.
· OR 3 years' experience may substitute these qualifications Position 5 – Office Manager Responsibilities and duties Participate in the planning and ongoing review of office operations, helping to set priorities and improve service standards in line with business growth.
Allocate and manage office resources such as workspace, equipment, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Assign tasks to team members, monitor performance, and provide support to ensure targets and service timelines are met.
Oversee office record-keeping and accounts processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting, including client files, contracts, and internal documents.
Liaise with sales agents, marketing staff, and senior professionals to coordinate business activities and help resolve operational issues efficiently.
Manage procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment to support team productivity and presentation standards.
Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations and company occupational risk procedures.
Manage HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee training, etc.
Qualifications and employment experience hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma AND one year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) work experience OR Alternatively, at least three years of relevant full-time work experience in a similar role may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Proven ability to manage administrative functions and lead operational support within a busy office environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Proficiency with business software and systems (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Office, scheduling and reporting tools).
Previous experience in real estate, property, or construction industries is highly regarded.
