The are looking to appoint a Business Services Manager in the accounting and tax division, requiring several years experience at this level.
The key point up front: this is a pathway role.
They are not just after a capable manager for today — they want someone with genuine aspirations to become a Director/Partner and an equity holder which is backed by a structured development and succession program, mentoring, and a clear route to directorship and ownership.
The opportunity: Lead a portfolio of business services and tax clients across compliance and advisory Be the trusted day-to-day lead on client relationships Review work and mentor junior staff Contribute to business development and the firm's growth What they are looking for: CA/CPA qualified,
