Full Job Description Location: Bankstown, NSW Salary Package: $70,000 + Super Role Highlights: As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage a range of inbound and outbound enquiries within a busy contact centre.
Responsibilities include assisting with product enquiries, providing pricing information, and completing accurate data entry while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email Delivering prompt, accurate solutions while creating a positive customer experience Processing customer information and maintaining accurate records Completing administrative duties, including data entry and system updates Using multiple internal systems to manage and resolve customer enquiries Candidate Profile: To be successful in this role, you will have:
