Monday to Friday 6am - 2:00pm Ongoing role with potential to go Permanent Collaborative and supportive team environment We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Leader to join a busy operation based in Dandenong South .
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a high level of attention to detail and proven knowledge of cabinet making or furniture making with timber .
The role will include: Operating a 3-axis CNC machine .
Supporting and guiding the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Maintaining a safe, organised, and qualified worksite.
Communicating clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and potential risks.
Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.
To be successful in this role, you must have:



Cabinet making or furniture making experience (essential).
PPE, including high-visibility vest and steel-capped footwear .
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Full work rights and availability to work Monday to Friday .
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence for travel to and from work.
