The Role Advise corporate clients, financial institutions and international funds on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including complex and innovative financing structures.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a busy transactional practice, collaborating with other practice areas as required.
Develop your technical expertise through exposure to varied,



intellectually challenging matters where no two transactions are the same.
About You You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' PQE with experience in banking and finance or a similar private practice role.
You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
