adolescents families Conduct age-specific risk assessments, including assessment of self-harm, suicide risk behavioural risk Deliver early intervention support for young people with emerging mental health concerns Work with engage key stakeholders in care planning, therapy work risk assessments when required Collaborate liaise with schools, youth agencies, paediatric services more to support integrated, coordinated care Key selection criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Psychology or Social Work Current registration with AHPRA as a Mental Health Nurse or Psychologist Current registration with AASW as a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker Demonstrated experience working within the mental health sector, delivering therapeutic interventions assessments for children and/or adolescents Experience working collaboratively with families, caregivers, schools, child protection etc.
