MAKHDOOM HOLDINGS PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Panel Beater to join our workshop team at East Maitland NSW ****, Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, replacing, and aligning damaged vehicle body panels and structural components.
Key Responsibilities: Repair, replace, and align damaged vehicle body panels and structural components.
Remove dents and damaged sections using appropriate repair techniques and equipment.
Straighten vehicle frames and body structures using specialized tools.
Fit and weld replacement panels where required.
Prepare repaired surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and smoothing.
Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with estimators, spray painters, and other workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Skills Requirements:



Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
Trade qualification in Automotive Body Repair or equivalent (preferred).
Robust knowledge of collision repair techniques and vehicle body construction.
Experience using panel repair tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices.
Ability to interpret repair orders and technical instructions.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license (preferred).
