permanent position Based in our Corporate Head Office in Southport High volume and fast paced invoice processing environment Communication with internal and external stakeholders General administrative tasks What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years' Accounts Payable experience High volume processing experience in a fast-paced setting Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment Intermediate to advanced excel skills Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, receipting GRNI as part of the purchasing process Experience in supplier statement reconciliations Attention to detail Critical thinking and problem solving required Ability to learn systems, processes and controls quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, especially via phone What We Offer Competitive salary package Southport location overlooking the Broadwater Positive and supportive team culture Apply now Share
