THE POSITION Food preparation and cooking Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards Friendly customer service Function work and large volume cooking Stocktake and control HACCP compliance, food safety procedures and OH S regulations General kitchen and cleaning duties as required.
THE PERSON Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery (Mandatory)
