We're partnering with an exciting fashion retailer looking for an energetic and commercially driven Cluster Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across the Northern NSW region.
If you thrive on coaching leaders, driving sales performance and building an incredible team culture, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Based in Charlestown , you'll work closely with Store Managers to lift performance, identify opportunities, develop future leaders and ensure every store consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Your focus will be to inspire your teams, create accountability, drive commercial outcomes and build a culture where people genuinely love coming to work.
What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager or Senior Flagship within retail.
Solid fashion retail experience is highly regarded.
A passionate coach who enjoys developing Store Managers and building high-performing teams.
Proven ability to drive sales, wages, KPIs and operational excellence.




Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Passionate about succession planning and developing future retail leaders.
Willingness to travel between stores across the Newcastle region.
