We are seeking multiple experienced Mechanical and Electrical Fitters to join a major manufacturing project based in the Perth Eastern Suburbs.

You will be involved in mechanical and electrical assembly, installation and testing activities, working to detailed procedures while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
What's On Offer Excellent earning potential: $59/hr + penalties, with rates up to $65/hr + penalties available depending on EBA classification and experience, plus 20% afternoon shift loading Genuine temp-to-perm pathway for high-performing candidates Monday to Friday roster with reliable project hours and Overtime available Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm or Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 11:00pm Work within a professional, supportive large-scale manufacturing environment About the Role You will be responsible for the assembly, installation and testing of mechanical and electrical components within a structured production environment.
Key Responsibilities Mechanical fitting, assembly and installation of components Electrical installation and connection work where required Completing production-based assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards Working from technical drawings,



schematics and work instructions Using hand and power tools Performing inspections, testing and quality checks Supporting fault finding and rectification activities Following safety procedures and production requirements About You Trade qualification is essential - Applicants must hold a recognised Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (or relevant Certificate III Engineering qualification) to be considered.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, industrial or production environments Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and diagrams Strong focus on safety, quality and workmanship Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team Desirable Skills Tickets Experience on large-scale manufacturing projects EWP Licence Working at Heights High Risk Work Licences Important Information Full Australian working rights required Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening Reference checks will be required as part of the recruitment process Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Fitters looking for excellent rates and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position are encouraged to apply.
