Experienced Civil Supervisors – TMR Projects | Multiple Opportunities | West Queensland LO-GO Appointments is currently recruiting a number of experienced Civil Supervisors to deliver major Transport and Main Roads (TMR) infrastructure projects for councils across West Queensland.
These positions are available for an immediate start and are offered on an initial six month contract.
The successful candidates will oversee the delivery of road and civil infrastructure works under TMR, Flood Damage Reconstruction and Roads to Recovery programs, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with TMR specifications, contractual obligations and relevant legislation.
What's on Offer Negotiable hourly rate.
Travel costs covered at the commencement and completion of the assignment.
Fully maintained vehicle and accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.
Monday to Friday roster, working 10-hour days.
Key Requirements Extensive experience supervising TMR road construction, rehabilitation and civil infrastructure projects.




Strong working knowledge and practical application of current TMR Specifications, Technical Specifications and quality assurance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in managing project programs, monitoring progress and coordinating project resources to ensure timely delivery.
Proven experience in project costing, budget management, forecasting and job cost control.
Experience implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise employees, contractors and subcontractors.
Local Government experience highly regarded.
Current General Construction Induction (White Card).
Minimum C Class Driver Licence.
Ability to commence immediately and willingness to work away from home for the duration of the contract.
