ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Consultant to step into a wide-ranging and client-facing role where no two days are the same.
Working closely with employers, injured workers and healthcare providers, you will manage end-to-end injury management and rehabilitation processes to support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
You'll utilise your allied health background in a more strategic and consultative environment while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
DUTIES Manage workplace injury and rehabilitation cases from initial assessment through to return to work Develop tailored injury management and recovery plans Consult with employers, insurers and healthcare providers to drive positive outcomes Provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio Facilitate return-to-work planning and monitor ongoing progress Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes SKILLS EXPERIENCE Allied health qualifications and relevant certifications Previous experience in injury management and workplace rehabilitation Strong understanding of return-to-work frameworks and rehabilitation practices Proven consulting or client-facing experience Experience working outside of purely clinical environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities BENEFITS Hybrid working model with WFH options Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing career development and progression opportunities Diverse and engaging client portfolio Opportunity to move into a strategic consulting environment OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
