Your Opportunity to Join Our Team We are seeking proactive and skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our Turkey Primary Processing Site in Tahmoor .
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
We are offering an afternoon shift role with full-time hours and a fixed roster.

and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority Fast-paced and team-focused environment Shift allowances Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times What You Bring to the Role: Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential) Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable) We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us.
