Senior Production Coordinator- Global Fashion Brand – Sydney We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure our collections move seamlessly from concept to customer.
As the Production Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the critical path, liaising with internal teams and global suppliers, and ensuring all production milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities Manage and track the production timeline from development through to delivery.
Communicate daily with offshore suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate sample approvals, fittings, and quality control checks.
Maintain up-to-date production reports and ensure accuracy of all data.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Support the production manager with day-to-day operational tasks.




About You Previous experience in a production coordination or similar role within fashion.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management systems, AP21 experience is highly advantageous.
A solutions-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.
