The Opportunity As part of a nationally recognised Dispute Resolution team, you'll advise public and private sector clients across a broad range of matters, including: Commercial and contractual disputes Corporate and shareholder litigation Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings Class actions Competition and consumer law disputes Tax litigation Infrastructure, Energy Resources disputes Restructuring and insolvency matters This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, exposure to high-profile matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners who are committed to mentoring and developing their team.
About You You will ideally have: 4+ years PAE in Commercial Litigation, Disputes and/or Insolvency Experience gained within a reputable private practice environment A genuine desire to continue developing your career within a collaborative national team Why Join This Firm?
