About the role: Advise on all aspects of fund formation, capital raisings and investment transactions.
Act for fund managers, institutional investors and sponsors on M A and investments.
Provide regulatory advice on operating investment management businesses.
Engage in business development and client relationship initiatives.
The ideal candidate: 2–7 years' PQE in funds,



investments or financial services law.
Strong background in transactional and regulatory work for fund managers.
Top-tier or leading international firm experience highly regarded.
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
