Location: Sydney CBD Length: 1 month, with potential to extend Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm Hourly Rate: Up to $***** per hour + super ABOUT THE COMPANY This well-established specialist healthcare practice is known for delivering an exceptional patient experience within a premium private healthcare environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a varied and fast-paced medical administration opportunity supporting a busy specialist practice across patient services, administration and billing.
Working closely with the Practice leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient journey from onboarding and appointments through to billing and ongoing communication.
You'll thrive in a collaborative setting where adaptability, initiative and exceptional customer service are highly valued as the business continues to streamline systems and processes.
DUTIES Manage patient bookings, scheduling and appointment coordination Support front desk and reception operations as required Coordinate patient communications via phone and email Process specialist billing, invoicing and accounts administration Maintain accurate patient records and file management within Gen 2 Assist with patient onboarding and consent documentation Support workflow improvements and process streamlining initiatives Liaise closely with clinicians,



nurses and the broader support team Deliver a professional and empathetic patient experience at all times SKILLS EXPERIENCE Previous experience within specialist medical administration or medical reception Strong understanding of private healthcare environments and patient confidentiality Experience managing medical billing and accounts administration Exposure to specialist practice management systems such as Gen 2, Genie or similar Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Adaptable and comfortable working within a changing environment Professional, proactive and team-focused approach OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
