Preparation of contracts payments Must have CA/CPA qualification 4 month temp role | Brisbane CBD location Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning Analysis this role is required to prepare contract payments to service providers and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payments and associated processes, procedures, and systems as well as compliance with auditing requirements.
You will process contract payment data into payment systems checking, collating and work-flowing supporting documents for review and authorisation.
This includes the preparation of Recipient Created Tax Invoices and remittance advices, and distribution to relevant stakeholders in a timely and secured manner.
You will also undertake contract cost accrual and transfer journals, reconciling payments to SAP, and other end of month processes as required and provide information on cash flow requirements for planned monthly contract payments to assist with cash flow management.
This will also involve assisting in the maintenance of complex financial and provision of general administrative support and assistance including secretarial functions for finance meetings and record management.
Suitable candidates will have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent and membership with CPA, CAAZ or equivalent.
You will have contractual finance skills including financial analysis and the preparation of complex contract payments extending to the investigation, analysis, and resolution of intricate financial calculations.




You will have the ability to prioritise to meet critical deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail and communicate clearly to articulate complex financial issues and solutions to a broad audience.
Proficiency in the application of enterprise and custom finance related ICT systems such as SAP, Excel, Power Query and SharePoint is required.
