Our menu features a wide selection of tandoori dishes, curries, biryanis, freshly baked naan breads and vegetarian specialties, all crafted to deliver a genuine dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: ·Designing and updating menus in consultation with management to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
·Preparing, cooking and presenting a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, including tandoori specialties, curries, biryanis, breads and appetisers.
·Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
·Monitoring food quality throughout preparation, cooking and service.
·Estimating ingredient requirements, controlling stock levels and assisting with food ordering to minimise waste.
·Supervising daily kitchen operations and coordinating food preparation with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
·Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
·Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements at all times.
·Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen environment.
·Assisting with the storage, preservation and rotation of food in accordance with food safety standards.
Qualification and Experience ·Minimum qualification is a Diploma in Hospitality.
Adequate industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
·Previous experience as a Chef in an Indian restaurant, with the ability to prepare a wide range of authentic Indian cuisine, including tandoori dishes, curries, biryanis and freshly baked Indian breads.
·Demonstrated ability to prepare and present traditional Indian dishes to a consistently high standard in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
·Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
·Enthusiastic and proactive with excellent communication skills.
·Strong leadership skills with excellent attention to detail.
·Ability to work efficiently under pressure and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain food quality.
