You will be responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, accuracy, and excellent teamwork while meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support warehouse staff during daily operations.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Train and mentor current and existing team members.
Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.




Work closely with management to improve warehouse processes.
Skills Experience Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Forklift licence (preferred, if applicable).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
