The exciting opportunity Work Tuesday, Wednesday Sunday nights from 9:30pm – 7:30am Be based at the beautiful Georges Estate – our 111-bed aged care facility in Penshurst Deliver high quality clinical care to residents Formulate, review and update care plans Analyse assessment results to determine care needs Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents' care Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care What you'll get in return Work in a well-staffed home and be part of a friendly,
