This role would suit someone who enjoys the relationship side of Property Management, values ethical business development and wants to be rewarded properly for performance.
How the role works day to day Convert warm sales leads into long term managements, with consistent referral opportunities already coming through the sales team each month.
Build additional business through networking, database engagement and referral relationships with brokers, accountants and local contacts.
Focus on growth and relationship management while dedicated support staff handle opens, applications,



in-goings and administration.
Operate with autonomy while still having strong support from leadership and an experienced Property Management team.
