A highly regarded, values-driven real estate client of ours is seeking an experienced Sales Personal Assistant to work closely with the Licensee in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the real estate process end-to-end and takes pride in explicit communication, integrity, and follow-through.
You'll be hands-on across buyer and seller communication, home opens, and contract administration, with full visibility over active listings and transactions.

What you'll be doing: Being the first point of contact for buyer and seller enquiries, delivering clear, confident communication every time Managing a high volume of phone and email correspondence with speed,



professionalism, and attention to detail Coordinating, booking, and attending home opens to ensure listings are presented and run seamlessly Preparing, issuing, and managing contracts from offer through to settlement Liaising with buyers, sellers, and settlement agents to keep all parties informed and aligned Monitoring contract conditions, critical dates, and compliance documentation to ensure nothing is missed Providing hands-on support to the Licensee across all active listings and sales activity What you'll need: Certificate IV (Restricted/Unrestricted) or close to completion Experience working in a Real Estate Agency Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with REX software (highly considered) What's in it for you: Generous salary performance based bonuses Fun collaborative company culture Free parking train station within walking distance How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
