The Opportunity Competitive salaries from approximately $86,000 to $130,000+ depending on experience Full time position with potential for ongoing appointment Teach English and Drama across Secondary year levels Supportive leadership team with a clear vision for growth and development Well-resourced classrooms and dedicated spaces for performance and creative learning Strong focus on student engagement, wellbeing and academic achievement Opportunity to contribute to school productions,
performances and co-curricular programs Ongoing professional development and mentoring within a team-oriented environment Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English and Drama lessons aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum and SCSA requirements Teach across a range of Secondary year levels depending on experience Design creative, differentiated learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs Develop and assess student learning with a focus on growth and achievement Foster a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom environment Contribute to the school's co-curricular life, including productions and performances Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum development and moderation Build strong relationships with students and support their overall wellbeing What we are looking for Recognised teaching qualification TRBWA registration or eligibility Working With Children Check Experience teaching Secondary English and/or Drama Strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and SCSA requirements Ability to inspire creativity, confidence and communication skills in students Strong classroom management and relationship building skills Commitment to contributing to a positive school culture and community Full Australian working rights Why this school This is a school in growth mode, offering the opportunity to be part of shaping its future direction.
