Job Title: Early Childhood Centre Director Location: Albury, New South Wales Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Immediate Start About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Centre Director for an Early Childhood centre in Albury, New South Wales!

Key Responsibilities: Lead a reputable, well-established centre of just under 120 students Plan, implement, and assess high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) .
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Build solid, supportive relationships with children and families, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Observe and document children's progress to create individual learning plans tailored to their needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including child protection and safety standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements of this Centre Director role: Experience within an Early Childhood Centre Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education , recognized by ACECQA .
Current NESA registration or eligibility to obtain it.
Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly with preschool-aged children.
Strong understanding of the EYLF , National Quality Framework (NQF) , and National Quality Standards (NQS) .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to child safety and wellbeing, with a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) .
First Aid , CPR , Anaphylaxis , and Asthma Management certifications (or willingness to obtain).
