We're partnering with a well-regarded personal injury practice to find an experienced
Case Manager
to join their Superannuation & TPD team in a senior, people-focused role.
This is a standout opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex claims while also stepping into a genuine leadership position. You'll manage a varied portfolio of matters end-to-end, while also supporting, guiding and motivating a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of Superannuation and TPD claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
Leading, supporting and mentoring a team, helping to drive performance and confidence across the group.
Allocating and prioritising caseloads and workflows to ensure deadlines are met and matters progress efficiently.
Acting as the main point of contact for team members on technical questions, client matters and day-to-day problem solving.
Conducting regular team meetings, sharing updates and contributing to process improvements.
Preparing correspondence, claims documentation and submissions, and liaising with clients, insurers, super funds, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
Monitoring claim progress, identifying risks and keeping files moving in a timely and organised way.
Reporting on team performance, caseloads and emerging issues to senior leadership.

What we're looking for
Experience managing Superannuation and/or TPD claims.
Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a small team.
Strong organisational and delegation skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to support both clients and team members.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of accountability.
Someone who enjoys being hands-on while also contributing to team development and operational efficiency.
