Your new role: Lead the delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects across Australia.
You will take ownership of major HV electrical infrastructure projects predominately for the Renewable Energy industry, ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and to client requirements.
You will be responsible for: Managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and reporting requirements.
Overseeing design documentation, drawings, technical deliverables and project records.
Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client specifications,



job plans and internal requirements Monitoring project KPIs including safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction Supporting bids and business development activities for electrical infrastructure projects Ensuring compliance with Quality, WHS and Environmental Management Systems Championing safe work practices and ensure hazards, incidents and corrective actions are managed appropriately.
Mentorship and guidance of project personnel to support capability, accountability and delivery outcomes.
Who you are: Experience in the electrical construction industry, across substations, utilities, industrial or mining infrastructure with proven experience in Project Management delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects.
Ideally, you have worked for a tier 1 contractor in HV Substations ranging up to 330 KV.
You have a good understanding of civils, electrical, bulk earthworks and team management.
Experience working with Transgrid, highly regarded.
If you experience as an electrician this is also highly regarded.
