JS Careers are pleased to be assisting a leading professional services firm on a senior leadership role, establishing and leading their outsourced Company Secretarial offering in Australia.
This role will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne and involves building the function from inception, leveraging an established offshore model and adapting it to local regulatory and market requirements. The successful candidate in the role will be working closely with the legal and corporate teams to deliver integrated governance and entity management solutions, while also contributing to broader global strategy and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead an outsourced CoSec function in Australia, within a leading professional services company. The key accountabilities for this role will include:
Launching and scaling the service;
Driving business development




Overseeing governance and service delivery standards; and
Managing commercial, risk, and quality outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in company secretarial services with a strong knowledge of Australian corporate governance;
A track record of building or growing service lines with the ability to lead in a dynamic, quick-paced environment;
Experience in a global or multidisciplinary organisation is advantageous, but not a necessity.
