Since the organizational growth and developments demands we are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to join us as a Cleaning Site Supervisor- Night Shift in Sydney.
As a Cleaning Site Supervisor at OCS Australia , you will support the day‐to‐day running of site operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll help lead frontline teams, support rosters and quality checks, and act as a key point of contact on site.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone ready to grow their leadership skills within a supportive, people‐focused organization.
Note:
This role is required to work after hours, essentially Night shift 11pm to 7am.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage work schedules, site duty statements, and periodic service schedules, ensuring compliance with client agreements, budgetary constraints, and company standards.
Monitor and ensure all services meet contractual obligations, as well as Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management standards.
Ensure all new staff are enrolled onto appropriate client training platforms and inductions and training courses are completed.
Manage any subcontractor process and Works in Progress Ensure accurate and timely submission of staff timesheets, payroll updates, and other financial documents to meet internal deadlines Conduct scheduled inspections and implement corrective actions as required.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and fostering multi-level engagement.
About you Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the Facilities Services sector to include knowledge of the latest industry developments and innovations.
Experience with similar industry managing client and excellent contracts management acumen Knowledge with industry regulations, including ISO quality systems and health safety guidelines Certificate III OR IV in Asset Maintenance Great relationship management skills A proactive,
solutions‐focused mindset — someone who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes.
