As the Senior Pronto Xi Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between client business strategies and their ERP infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to uncover complex requirements, lead discovery workshops, and design sophisticated solutions that align with modern business practices. In this role, you will work autonomously to deliver high-impact outcomes while partnering with our internal teams to deploy solutions—
with a strong focus on embedding AI and automated workflows
—using our structured delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Presentations:
Lead boardroom meetings, facilitate scoping workshops, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Pronto Xi Demonstrations:




Prepare and conduct tailored end-to-end Pronto Xi software demonstrations to showcase functionality and solution viability to prospective and existing clients.
Business Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive Pronto Xi version gap analyses, capture detailed business requirements, and design tailored solutions.
Project Delivery:
Actively participate in full-lifecycle Pronto Xi upgrades and implementations, following the client's internal delivery methodologies.
Testing Coordination:
Coordinate comprehensive functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure solutions meet client specifications prior to deployment.
Solution Architecture:
Scope and map functional workflows, ensuring integration capability with modern technologies, including AI agents and automation platforms.
Module Expertise:
Provide specialist guidance across core Pronto Xi modules to optimise client business processes, with a heavy focus on the Retail sector.
Key Requirements
Pronto Xi Expertise:
Demonstrated hands-on configuration and functional knowledge across Financials, POS, Supply Chain, Inventory/Distribution, and Service Management, with the ability to confidently provide client demonstrations.
Industry Experience:
Strong background working within the Retail sector is essential; experience within Manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
Business Analysis Skills:
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping,



and delivering gap analyses within complex ERP environments.
Pre-Sales Experience:
Prior exposure to pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions to prospective clients and contributing to bid or proposal development, is highly regarded.
Professional Qualifications:
CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable.
Formatting Tools:
Functional knowledge of Truforms formatting and output management tools is highly desirable.
Reporting Systems:
A basic understanding of IBM Cognos Analytics for reporting.
Database Skills:
Foundational SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting is desirable.
Emerging Tech Literacy:
A strong conceptual understanding of how AI agents are built and integrated into ERP ecosystems.
Communication & Work Style:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the presence required to manage C-suite relationships. A self-motivated, independent worker who also collaborates effectively with internal technical and project teams.
Version Knowledge:
Experience spanning multiple Pronto Xi versions between 670 and 780 is highly advantageous, as you will be mapping gaps across legacy and modern web-based environments.
Work Rights:
Full, unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia are essential.
Attendance & Mobility:
Ability to work full time on-site at the Macquarie Park office, with the flexibility to undertake occasional domestic travel to client sites as required.
Teamwork:
Ability to work both independently and within a team structure providing support to others including Project Manager.
