Key Responsibilities Lead client-facing delivery across multiple concurrent projects Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders Drive internal collaboration across product, engineering and consulting Develop and maintain delivery plans, budgets and sprint roadmaps Proactively manage risks, scope changes and project dependencies Oversee release management and implementation cycles Communicate project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working About You Deep experience in project management within software/technology environments, ideally within B2B SaaS Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders Proven track record delivering projects into financial services environments, ideally tier 1 institutions Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent internal stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and global teams Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity What You'll Bring Confidence managing both internal and external stakeholders at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to operate in a scaling business where processes are still evolving A genuine interest in financial services transformation and digital innovation The Impact You'll play a key role in delivering technology that is helping institutions scale efficiently while improving outcomes for end customers.
