We provide high-quality mobile allied health services directly in our clients' homes, supporting older Australians receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Home Care Packages, and private services.
As our service continues to grow across Melbourne, we are seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our mobile community team.

Our services focus on: Supporting older adults to maintain independence at home Goal-focused therapy that makes a meaningful difference Falls prevention and mobility improvement Strength and balance programs Pain management and rehabilitation Providing community exercise classes that promote strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and social connection.
Current Opportunities Community Physiotherapist You will provide in-home physiotherapy services to older adults including: Comprehensive assessments Provide high-quality,



evidence-based physiotherapy care to clients with treatment plans tailored to individual needs Develop tailored exercise programs aimed at improving muscle strength, mobility, and balance Pain management strategies Equipment and mobility aid recommendations Collaboration with care teams and family members Clinical documentation and reporting What We Are Looking For We are seeking clinicians who are: Passionate about working with older adults Compassionate, warm, and client-focused Excellent communicators Self-motivated and able to work independently in the community Committed to delivering evidence-based care Reliable, professional, and organised Bilingual preferred Essential Requirements Physiotherapist Current AHPRA registration Current National Police Check Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Skilled indemnity insurance Experience in aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or disability services highly regarded Bilingual preferred What We Offer Competitive contractor or employee remuneration Flexible working hours and the autonomy to manage your own schedule, allowing you to plan and run your day as you wish Clinical Autonomy Meaningful work that positively impacts people's lives every day Positions available with immediate start!
