As our Food Beverage Duty Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences at one of Victoria's most beautiful destinations.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our restaurants, conference and events spaces, in-room dining, lounges, and bars .
From day-to-day management to leading a passionate team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys world-class service.
But that's not all — you'll help shape the future of our Food Beverage offering, driving innovation, training and creating current opportunities to elevate our outlets and delight our members, guests and delegates.

As a Food Beverage Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include: Inspire and guide your team in a safe, collaborative,



and motivating environment Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards Train and develop F B staff to achieve performance goals Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement Liaise with management, kitchens, and events teams to deliver seamless service Resolve issues professionally and lead by example in member service excellence What you'll need to be successful Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision within a large team Conference and Events background is a must Hotel Experience is desired Industry knowledge of trends in food, wine and beverages Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills RSA Hold or obtain a valid Working with Children Check Full working rights in Australia We are Offering Permanent full-time Competitive salary + 12% super Great discounts on accommodation at 10 resorts, dining + more Free roadside assistance up to 50% discount on insurance incl vehicle home + more Health and wellbeing benefits – discounts on gym golf memberships, spa, eye wear rebate, paid volunteer day, parental leave,
