YOUR NEW ROLE As a KEY valued member of thisclose-knit winning PROPERTY law team, in this high impact+ hands-on conveyancing role, reporting to a friendly partner, you will enjoy: interacting directly with highly sophisticated clients (entrepreneurs/business owners, high net worth individuals/family groups); having full carriage of your own residential purchase sales conveyancing files (NSW, VIC, QLD) from start to finish (pre-exchange, exchange, post-exchange, settlement, post-settlement); reviewing documents/forms prepared by conveyancing clerks (located overseas) to ensure accuracy and quality.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum of 18 months (or more) proven experience (including any pre-admission experience as a paralegal) in residential conveyancing in NSW (essential) and interstate eg VIC/QLD (desirable but not essential); have proven your ability to manage a high volume of your own conveyancing files from start to finish (minimum 25+ active at any given time); have outstanding communication+ client-service skills excel at attention to detail + meeting deadlines ; love property law , have lots of positive energy+ a 'can-do/what-ever it takes' attitude! have solid MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) + PEXA skills(essential); are hungry to PROGRESS your career in a KEY pivotal role with a stand-out law firm dedicated to their staff long-term .
