As the Engagement Partnerships Manager, you will be the primary face of CFA Society Melbourne to the employer community, building strategic relationships across the investment industry while creating a vibrant member experience across networking, learning, and university engagement.
CFA Society Australia is the local member society of CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals that awards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
They connect, educate, and advocate for investment professionals, partnering with universities, employers, and industry bodies to raise the standard of the profession.
Key Responsibilities Build and deepen relationships with investment management firms, asset owners, and financial services employers across Victoria Drive corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and event support that advance the CFA brand Promote the value of the CFA designation to hiring managers and HR leaders, positioning CFA-qualified candidates as talent of choice Represent CFA Society at industry forums, conferences, and employer events Lead member engagement initiatives, including networking events, special interest groups, and community programs Collaborate with the wider CFA Society team and Board to deliver strategic priorities Who we are looking for: You're a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a visible,



externally facing role.
Demonstrated experience in relationship management, business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within financial services A working knowledge of investment management and the broader asset management industry, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and generate commercial outcomes Self-directed and comfortable operating independently in a remote workplace Why Join?
