Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and unit test OutSystems applications Build new features and enhance existing platform capabilities Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes as required Deploy changes to production in line with ITIL change management processes Collaborate within Agile squads to deliver sprint objectives Support platform upgrades, maintenance,



and performance optimisation Contribute to application health initiatives and technical debt management What You'll Bring Essential Skills Experience 5+ years of OutSystems development experience Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems O11 and ODC Experience with OutSystems BPT and/or Case Management Framework Hands-on experience using AI Mentor and managing application health and technical debt Strong SQL Server skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas in an Agile environment Desirable Experience Insurance industry experience Experience developing mobile applications using OutSystems Why Apply?
