Core Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-established Western Australian commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multi-residential, education, aged care and commercial construction projects.
With a solid pipeline of secured work and significant growth planned across **** and beyond, our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Multi-Residential division.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on apartment and townhouse developments while becoming part of a business committed to investing in its people, systems and long-term success.
About the Role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of multi-residential construction projects from procurement through to project completion.
You will be responsible for contract administration, subcontract management, cost control and project forecasting while supporting the successful delivery of apartment and townhouse developments across Perth.
Key Responsibilities Interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.
Manage the subcontractor selection and procurement process.
Prepare subcontract scopes of work and subcontract agreements.
Assess and manage subcontractor progress claims, variations, payment schedules and invoices.
Raise purchase orders and process project invoices.
Monitor project budgets, cost control and monthly forecasting.
Prepare cost comparisons and commercial reports for management review.
Administer contractual documentation including RFIs, EOTs, variations, notices and progress claims.




Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Skills Experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
Previous experience delivering multi-residential, apartment or group housing projects is essential.
Experience working on Design Construct (D C) projects will be highly regarded.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in procurement, subcontract management and project cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience using Procore will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Contract Management or Quantity Surveying is preferred.
