Job description Senior Electrical Controls Engineer Brisbane, QLD Monday to Friday Ownership of project lifecycle Electrical Engineering Degree, RPEQ Role Opportunity Join a tight-knit engineering team delivering a major electrical and controls projects.
You'll step into a client-facing role, and contribute across electrical design, control systems, and project coordination.
Expect a mix of office-based technical work and occasional site support.

Hands on exposure to PLC and SCADA platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Yokogawa or similar.
Solid understanding of brownfield projects.
Commissioning and site support experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation (or actively working towards it).
Duties Responsibilities Deliver electrical and control systems engineering solutions across industrial projects.
Design, configure, test and integrate PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.




Develop and review LV electrical designs in accordance with AS/NZS standards.
Support controls integration Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning and site-based activities.
Manage technical queries, design changes, and project risks.
Act as a key technical liaison between clients, vendors, site teams and project stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, budget and schedule requirements.
