With a stable portfolio, strong support structures, and limited after-hours commitments, this role is ideally suited to an experienced Strata Manager looking to focus on proactive portfolio management rather than constant firefighting.

You'll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of residential schemes, providing advice to committees, overseeing governance and compliance requirements, coordinating meetings, and building trusted relationships with owners and stakeholders.
