Our client is seeking a proactive Assistant Facilites Manager to support the delivery of day-to-day operations across a energetic retail environment on the Gold Coast.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in both operational management and tenancy delivery, contributing to the ongoing performance and presentation of a high-traffic retail setting.
The Role Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will assist in overseeing operational functions while supporting the coordination of tenancy delivery and retailer transitions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Key Responsibilities Support daily operations across a retail-focused portfolio/environment Assist with tenancy delivery, including retailer onboarding, fit-out coordination, and store openings Liaise with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational outcomes Monitor contractor performance and assist in service delivery coordination Support maintenance, compliance, and presentation standards Assist with budgeting, invoicing,
