ROLE IN A NUTSHELL This is a 7-month fixed-term maternity leave contract As the Boutique Manager at Elka Collective Fortitude Valley, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand's modern, refined aesthetic.
You'll inspire and mentor your team, drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store environment.
This role is perfect for a energetic leader with a passion for fashion, strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering premium service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Effectively run QLD highest turnover Elka Collective Boutique Leading and motivating the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Creating a warm, personalised in-store experience that aligns with Elka Collective's brand values Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, rosters, and cash handling Driving business performance through analysing sales reports and implementing effective strategies Overseeing visual merchandising to ensure store presentation reflects seasonal campaigns and brand standards Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high performing,
