About the Role As a Regional Pub Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance.
You will lead, coach, and develop your team while driving venue profitability, compliance, and customer engagement.
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience managing a high-volume pub, hotel, tavern, or hospitality venue Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams Sound understanding of gaming, food and beverage, and venue operations Exceptional financial acumen, including budgeting, labour management, and cost control.
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications (or ability to obtain)
