Property Legal Assistants | Multiple Melbourne Opportunities We are currently working with a range of leading law firms across Melbourne who are seeking experienced Property Legal Assistants, Conveyancers, Legal Secretaries, and Property Paralegals and Clerks.
These opportunities are available across boutique, mid-tier, national, and global law firms, providing exposure to a variety of property-focused teams and practice environments.
We are recruiting for roles across: Commercial Property Commercial Real Estate Conveyancing Leasing Property Development Commercial and Property Transactions About the Roles Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include: Providing high-level legal support to property and commercial property lawyers and partners Managing property files from opening through to completion Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence Assisting with conveyancing transactions, settlements, and property matters Supporting commercial property transactions, leasing, and development matters Conducting property searches and managing relevant documentation Liaising with clients, agents, authorities, and external stakeholders General file management, billing,
