NET Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving enterprise application platforms, ensuring they remain current, productive, and high-performing.
You will lead development activities, deliver system enhancements, and ensure solutions meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Manage and maintain the City's application platforms to ensure they are current, efficient and effective.
Develop system changes that meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain knowledge of current and future technology.

Required Skills Experience 10+ years of hands-on .
NET development experience (full stack).
Advanced expertise in enterprise application development within large corporate environments.
Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise web applications.
Experience managing development and production environments.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Exposure to complex, enterprise-scale IT environments.
Solid technical project management capability.
Strong experience with MS SQL, including SSRS/SSIS.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
