About the role As a Hair Dresser at Bixie Colour, you will play a vital role in providing an amazing experience, and of course hair styling and or colour services to our diverse clientele.
This full-time position is based in our gorgeous salon located in the vibrant suburb of Surry Hills, NSW.
You will be part of a beautiful, talented and creative team, dedicated to delivering outstanding hair transformations and ensuring our customers leave feeling confident and beautiful.
What you'll be doing Hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences, specifically short hair1 Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon Proactively staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, relaxing environment for our clients Collaborating with the wider salon team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience working as a hair dresser in a salon environment Technical skills in a range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
( Short mens hair is a must )
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients A creative flair and passion for the hair and beauty industry A positive,



team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Open to learning recent techniques and growing together.
